Body Drench began its successful foray into the world of tanning and skin care with the creation of our Body Drench Original Moisturizing Lotion. The acclaimed lotion was brought into tanning salons in the early 80’s with the satisfaction of tanners and salon owners alike.
Soon thereafter, they began manufacturing other indoor lotions in 1985 to accompany the moisturizer. Such products as the Body Drench Tan Accelerating Lotion and the Body Drench UV Amplifying Lotion emerged as the primary indoor tanning products for that time.
Indoor tanning lotions have grown approximately 300% in the last ten years. One reason for this explosion in growth is due to salon operators realizing the important role good skincare plays in achieving optimum tanning results.
